Where can I have my exterior AC unit installed?
It can go on the ground, on a flat roof, or mounted on a wall bracket. It just needs a bit of open space around it so it can “breathe” air in and out.
What size AC unit do I need?
It depends on how big your room is.
Small bedroom? You need a small unit.
Big lounge with lots of glass? You’ll need a bigger one. One of our surveyors will measure your room to make sure you get the right size.
How long will the installation of the AC unit take?
Usually one day. If you are having multiple units put in your space, it might take a little more.
What's the delivery time on a AC unit?
Usually within a few days. If you want a specific “designer” colour or style, it might take a week or two.

We only cover the unit for 12 month however different unit manufacturer will cover parts within their units for longer so we will pass on any vital information on the day of install.
Can I fit an AC unit myself?
No. By law, a qualified engineer must handle the gases inside the machine. If you do it yourself, you could damage the unit, hurt yourself, and you will definitely void your warranty.
